Youngsters in Newham can take advantage of a terrific multi-sports programme being staged by West Ham United Community Sports Trust during half-term week.
Fittingly, given the partnership behind the Olympic Stadium proposal, the initiative is being run in tandem with Newham Council and the Premier League and PFA Community Fund. It will see courses run for children of all ages in a range of sports - all with free entry.
Kids can just turn up and train, while there will be daily tournaments and prizes. The emphasis will be on fun first and foremost, but coaches will be keeping an eye on the aspiring footballers, handball players and athletes.
The activities are detailed below but anyone wanting more information, should call 0207 473 7720 or email [email protected]
