West Ham United second-year scholars Filip Modelski and Deniz Mehmet could come face to face when Poland and Turkey clash at Under-19 level later this month.
Right-back Modelski is the regular captain of the Poland U19 side and has recently forced his way into Alex Dyer's reserve-team squad.
Mehmet is rated as one of Turkey's most promising young goalkeepers, starring for his country at last year's FIFA U17 World Cup in Nigeria, where he helped Turkey to reach the quarter-finals.
The two nations will meet for a friendly double-header in the town of Bolu on 28 and 30 September.
Poland start their 2011 UEFA U19 Championship qualifying Group 6 campaign by meeting Finland, Moldova and Hungary between 25 and 30 October.
Turkey, meanwhile, begin their Group 1 campaign with fixtures against Wales, Kazakhstan and Iceland between 20 and 25 October.
Elsewhere, Holmar Orn Eyjolfsson's Iceland U21s will face Scotland in a two-legged play-off to decide which of the two sides reaches the UEFA U21 finals in Denmark in June 2011.
Iceland, who are seeking to qualify for the tournament for the first time, will host the Scots on Thursday 7 October before travelling to Easter Road in Edinburgh for the return leg on Monday 11 October.
Dates and venues for Marek Stech's Czech Republic against Greece have yet to be finalised.
Both Iceland and Czech Republic emerged from qualifying Group 5, with the Czechs edging the Icelanders into second place. Both nations defeated defending champions Germany, who finished in third place and were eliminated.
