Nine greats from West Ham United's 1960s heyday will be dining with supporters ahead of the visit of Newcastle United this Saturday.
John Bond, Dennis Burnett, Ken Brown, Eddie Bovington, Peter Brabrook, Brian Dear. Alan Dickie, Martin Peters and Alan Stephenson will join fans in the Legends Restaurant ahead of the Barclays Premier League clash with the newly-promoted Magpies.
Bond, Brown, Bovington and Brabrook were all in the Hammers side that lifted the FA Cup after a thrilling 3-2 win over Preston North End at Wembley in May 1964.
A year later, Dear and Peters joined Burkett and Brown in the starting XI as Ron Greenwood's side defeated TSV 1860 Munich 2-0 at the Home of Football to win the European Cup Winners' Cup.
The nine heroes will share memories of those golden days with host and 1980 FA Cup winner Phil Parkes. This is a fantastic opportunity to share their experiences and is sure to appeal to Hammers fans young and old.
