West Ham United would like to remind all supporters attending Sunday's last match of the season against Manchester City to please stay off the pitch.
As has been the tradition, the first-team squad will perform a lap of appreciation after the match to honour fans for their unrivalled and valued support during what has been a difficult campaign. This will also include the presentation of Scott Parker to the crowd as the new Hammer of the Year.
West Ham United, along with every other Barclays Premier League and Football League club this weekend, has received a written request from the Football Association to ensure all fans stay in their seats after the final whistle.
The club would like to thank everyone for their support this season and understanding on this matter.
