The schoolboy, 16, has now netted four goals in six appearances for Tony Carr's Under-18s, helping the Hammers to secure an important success against the Eagles.
England U17 striker Robert Hall was also on target - taking his tally to seven in 14 appearances - as West Ham scored three second-half goals.
West Ham's U18s will return to action with a home fixture with Reading next Saturday morning.
