Supporters will be delighted to learn the club has responded to fan feedback and pushed back the season ticket renewal deadline until Saturday 3 July.
The change has come in response to requests to push the date beyond pay day at the end of June and will also allow the club more time to process the many renewals and new applications already received. This means anyone who gets their application in to the club by 5pm on Saturday 3 July will now able to take advantage of the price freeze on last season - save for the Government's VAT increase.

It means there is just over a fortnight to go for fans wanting to take advantage of season tickets at last season's prices before an increase of 2.5 per cent after the deadline. All seats that are not renewed by Saturday 3 July will be made available to those who have already approached the club looking to snap up the best possible seats.
With a new manager in place in Avram Grant and Thomas Hitzlsperger leading the way for a raft of new signings, optimism is high for the 2010/11 campaign. The new recruits will complement the club's talented youngsters and seasoned professionals like Scott Parker - with all at the Boleyn Ground aiming to hit the ground running when the new season starts.
