Academy Director Tony Carr will be on hand to meet fans and sign copies of his official Testimonial programme at the club's Stadium Store on Thursday 3 June.
Carr, who has served the club's youth Academy for the past 37 years, will be at the store between 1pm and 2pm.
Supporters will be able to have their photographs taken with the man who helped to develop the likes of Tony Cottee, Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole and Michael Carrick.
The 59-year-old will also sign copies of the unique programme produced for his Testimonial match, which saw West Ham United come out on top 5-1 against an Academy All-Stars XI at the Boleyn Ground on Wednesday 5 May.
Carr has also agreed to sign any other memorabilia that fans should wish to bring to the store on what should be a highlight of the Whitsun half-term holiday.
A limited number of Testimonial programmes remain on sale from the Stadium store, priced at £2 per copy.
Those who are unable to visit the Boleyn Ground can order their copy by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope and a cheque for £2 made out to 'Tony Carr Tesimonial Fund' to Media Department, West Ham United FC, Boleyn Ground, Green Street, Upton Park, London, E13 9AZ.
