Freddie Sears is set to lead the line when a West Ham United XI travel to Blue Square South side Bishop's Stortford on Thursday evening.
The 20-year-old striker will be one of a host of promising youngsters taking part at Woodside Park.
Alongside Sears, young professionals Jordan Spence, Matt Fry, Anthony Edgar and Cristian Montano also travelled with Avram Grant's first-team squad to their pre-season training camp in Germany.
Under-21 international goalkeepers Marek Stech and Peter Kurucz could also be involved, as could the likes of Olly Lee, Ahmed Abdulla and American trialist Devann Yao.
Abdulla and Yao both scored in Saturday's 4-2 defeat at League Two side Burton Albion, and both will be looking to impress again on the Essex/Hertfordshire border.
Kick-off at Woodside Park is at 7.30pm, with tickets priced at £8 for Adults, £5 for Concessisons, £3 for Students, while accompanied U12s will be admitted for free.
Alex Dyer's team will begin their Barclays Premier Reserve League South campaign at home to Manchester City on Tuesday 7 September, with kick-off at Little Heath at 2pm.
