West Ham United Community Sports Trust will be out in force at the Newham Mayor's Show on Saturday afternoon.
Trust coaches and officials will be on hand at the event, being held in East Ham's Central Park from 12noon, to deliver football and multi-sports coaching to local youngsters.
In addition, the Trust will also be showcasing the Hammers' new Health Living Initiatives, which provide local residents of all ages with health checks, fitness tests, diet and nutrition advice and exercise taster sessions.
The show is the first of a series of roadshow events taking place over the next few weeks, with the club also providing outreach activities at the Barking & Dagenham Town Show on Sunday 18 July, the Rich Mix Open Weekend on Saturday 24 July and the London 2012 Countdown Event at Barking Town Hall over the weekend of 23 and 24 July
West Ham United Community Sports Trust CEO Mick King said: "These events are important to help link the club to its communities. The activities are provided by talented young sports coaches and health trainers who are recruited locally and delivered with the highest standards of commitment, enthusiasm and professionalism.
"They are excellent ambassadors for the Olympic ambition of both the club and the London Borough of Newham."
