Get your school involved

It might be a case of back to school for young Hammers everywhere but at least they can let the fun continue into term time at West Ham United.

Following on from the successful schools initiative first seen last season, the club are proud to be able to continue the 'investing in future' strategy. The popular drive is to make football more affordable and accessible for youngsters coming as part of a school group and it is certainly going from strength to strength.

The club are keen to set up strong partnerships with participating local education establishments, with many benefits up for grabs - aside from being able to see Scott Parker and his team-mates up close and personal at Barclays Premier League home matches - for everyone taking part.

Reduced ticket prices are on offer for children applying via their school with the supervising adult able to come along free of charge. Then there are the fantastic offers available on club membership and unique opportunities for parties to come along to the club outside of the matches and go behind the scenes.

Schools will also get support with literature and materials and there will be the chance for lucky schools to win the prize of a first-team player visit. Just imagine if your school had Mark Noble coming into the classroom! It is not just schools who can take part, either, with local youth sports teams also able to get in on the action.
