The deadline for messages to be included in the programme for Tuesday's cup tie is midnight on Thursday 19 August.
Alternatively, for future matches, send your messages and photographs to Matchday Programme, West Ham United FC, Boleyn Ground, Green Street, Upton Park, London, E13 9AZ.
As a general rule, due to print deadlines, supporters should send their messages at least two weeks before the fixture they wish to be included in the programme for.
Please note that the club often receives more requests than it is possible to include, but that every effort is made to include as many messages as possible.
