Fans wanting to catch a glimpse of some of the game's top international stars should head to the Boleyn Ground this evening.
Italy take on Ivory Coast for a mouthwatering match which promises to pits one of Europe's heavyweight nations against an elite African side. For the Azzurri, all the attention has been on 'super' Mario Balotelli. The Internazionale striker may make his Italy debut alongside Antonio Cassano.
"The idea of starting with Balotelli is that I want to use all the attacking potential at my disposal," said Italy coach Cesare Prandelli, who has allowed his players to choose their own numbers in a bid to build a good spirit in the team camp. Tellingly, Balotelli went straight for the No9.
Ivory Coast trained at the Boleyn Ground on Monday night with most attention on Manchester City duo Kolo and Yaya Toure, while Salomon Kalou and Emmanuel Eboue were quick to show their team-mates around having played at the stadium for Chelsea and Arsenal.
