West Ham United winger Savio has been called into the Germany Under-20 squad for a friendly international against Italy in Biella on 19 May.
The 19-year-old, who has made eleven appearances for the Hammers since his January move from Italian side Brescia, will hope to win his third Under-20 cap for Germany.
Savio, who was born in Uganda before his family moved to the German city of Munich when he was a child, played in the 4-2 win over Austria in Gutersloh last September and the 2-0 defeat by Switzerland in Lugano in March.
Last summer, he was part of the Germany squad that won the UEFA European Under-19 Championship title in Czech Republic, scoring in the 3-0 group stage victory over Bulgaria.
