With the first team not playing until Monday why not pop along to a special event being held in Newham on Saturday.
The 'Hearty Lives Newham' event takes place at Newham Town Hall from 11am to 4pm with the aim of providing fun activities and information on how to keep your heart healthy.
The event also has the launch of Help a Heart Grant, children's activities, free refreshments, a prize draw and much more.
