My beautiful daughter, Emma Louise Horwood passed away on 11 November 2008 aged just 21 after a long battle with M.S. My angel you are now in heaven and at peace. She was a true Hammers fan, and I and all who love you are going to miss your smile and you as the beautiful person you were. Love you Daddy.
