WHUFC Ticket Trader

Ticket Trader was launched in season 2008/09 allowing Season Ticket Holders to put their seat(s) up for sale should they not be able to attend a game. Ticket Trader is available for any home Barclays Premier League fixture that sells out and not only gives Season Ticket Holders the chance to gain a credit against next years renewal or a domestic cup ticket but also offers otherwise empty seats to supporters previously unable to book due to lack of availability.

The scheme has already worked successfully for four of last season's fixtures, those against Manchester United, Sunderland, Chelsea and Liverpool.

In order to operate the Ticket Trader scheme, you will need to log in to your online account at www.whufcboxoffice.com using your customer number and password.

If you have not previously used the online Box Office and do not have a password, this can be obtained by going to the site and clicking 'Register' on the top right of the screen which will in turn bring up a new page.

At the bottom left hand side of the page, there is the option to 'Activate' or 'Register' - as a Season Ticket Holders you would need to click 'Activate', bringing up a new page. On this new page, you will see the option to input your customer number, surname and postcode. Input this information here and click 'Activate Account Now' which will automatically generate you a password (this is a default password made up of numbers and letters that can be changed once logged in).

Should you not have your customer number to hand, add your e-mail address where requested and your log in details will be sent to your inbox.

Once logged in, click the 'Ticket Trader' tab at the top of the screen and simply follow the instructions to put your designated seat up for sale. You can monitor the status of the sale under 'Trader History', located next to the 'Ticket Trader' option.
