Calling all Youth Academy members!
We are looking for youngsters to appear as the Member of the Match in the Youth Academy page of the matchday programme. To be considered, we need a photo - with authorisation from an adult/guardian giving us permission to publish - along with your name and age. Also, tell us briefly about your favourite player, hobbies and your love for West Ham United.
