Davenport set to return in reserve clash

Calum Davenport is set to make his comeback from injury this evening as the reserve team take on Reading at the Madejski Stadium.

The central defender has been out for more than a month with a foot injury sustained in our 4-3 defeat against his former club Tottenham Hotspur, but has now made a full recovery and is line to start alongside Christian Dailly tonight.

Coach Steve Brown will also include senior defenders Paul Konchesky and John Pantsil in his side, while young midfielder Tony Stokes is also named in the squad after a long lay-off with a shoulder injury.

Hammers will be hoping to secure their fourth successive victory, while Reading only need a draw to secure the FA Premier Reserve League South title.

Squad: Walker, Street, Pantsil, Konchesky, Dailly, Davenport, Ngala, Spence, Collison, Hales, Stokes, Harvey, Stanislas, Sears, Jeffery, Hines.
