Hammers reserves suffered defeat at the hands of Tottenham this evening. It was a tough battle for a relatively young Hammers side against a more senior and experienced Spurs team.
The host team went in at the break 3-0 up but Jack Jeffrey pulled a goal back for the visitors in the 60th minute with a good finish from a tight angle. The defecit could have been bigger if not for a string of fine saves from Hammers 'keeper Jimmy Walker.
One positive from the game was to see Jonathan Spector start the match and play a full ninety minutes.
