Young Hammers striker Hogan Ephraim was in action with the
England under-19 team on Saturday as they secured a 1-1 draw
against Spain in the opening game of a mini-tournament in
Austria.
A last-minute own goal from Spanish defender Omar Hernandes rescued a point for England, who had fallen behind to a strike from Adrian Gonzalez early in the second half but deserved their equaliser.
Having gone close on a number of occasions - including one fine strike from Ephraim that flew just wide - Brian Eastick's young side were worthy of their point against the current European champions.
