West Ham United's Legal and Commercial Director, Scott
Duxbury, has today confirmed that our former player, Titi Camara,
has withdrawn his High Court claim against the Club for breach of
contract, with no payment for damages or otherwise being made by
the Club.
This long running dispute was scheduled to be resolved at a trial in July, which will now no longer be necessary.
Scott says: "The Club has always believed that its robust defence to this action was justified, which has now proven to be the case.
"Rather than wasting valuable time and money on a High Court trial this summer, the Club can instead concentrate on building on the successes of last season both on and off the pitch."
