Moses Departs

Striker Moses Ashikodi has joined Glasgow Rangers after being released from his contract at West Ham United.

The England under-19 international has signed a deal until the end of the season at Ibrox after impressing on a short trial with the Scottish giants.

Moses, who originally arrived at the Boleyn Ground from Millwall in August 2004, spent three months on loan at Gillingham earlier in the season, but made just four substitute appearances and was sent-off in his final game for the Gills, against Yeovil.

Although a regular at youth and reserve level for Hammers during his time here, the nearest he got to a first team appearances was as an unused substitute for the Carling Cup clashes against Southend United and Notts County last season.
