Normal Opening Hours for the Ticket Office during the Season are as follows:

• Mondays to Fridays - 9.00am to 5.00pm
• Non-Matchday Saturdays - 9.00am to 1.00pm
• Matchday Saturdays - 9.00am to Kick-Off & after Final Whistle
• Matchday Sundays - 10.00am to Kick-Off (Subject to Kick-Off Time)

Important Notice regarding Access Cards

Unfortunately at recent matches the Ticket Office have experienced a number of difficulties with supporters that have purchased access cards from unauthorised ticket agencies, these have mainly been online. Many of these supporters paid hugely over inflated prices for what they had been assured were valid cards and due to the card not having been purchased for that particular fixture were unable to gain entry.

West Ham United would like to confirm that the Ticket Office do not allocate seats to any ticket agency other than Ticketmaster and we would therefore strongly urge supporters not to purchase access cards from any other source that may advertise tickets as being available.
