Special Needs / Disabled

The Boleyn Ground currently has 119 wheelchair spaces situated in various positions around the stadium; all have provisions for the carer to be sat with the supporter. All seats are unobstructed and many offer the supporter an elevated view.

In additional to the above we also have 136 seats provided for the use of our ambulant disabled supporters, these are situated in both the Dr Martens Stand Upper & Lower Tiers.

Access to all areas is ramped and lifts are provided for all Upper Tier viewing areas.
Disabled toilet facilities are available in each of the areas, they are fully accessible and most are operated using a radar key.

The current criteria for the above are that the supporter must be claiming Disabled Living Allowance at the high rate for mobility. Proof of this must be seen before a booking can be made however once presented future bookings are possible without being shown again.

Proof of the above can be presented to the Ticket Office either in the form of a copy of the award letter from Social Security or a copy of the payment book, both should show the necessary rate (high).

Blind or partially sighted fans visiting the ground can enjoy commentary for all home league & cup matches, headsets are provided free of charge but need to be booked in advance and must be returned after the match.

Ticket prices for Season 2006/07 are £16.00 for the disabled supporter and the carer attends free of charge. Season tickets for the coming season are now sold out, but tickets can still be purchased on a match-by-match basis through the club membership or general sale.

Car Parking

Whilst a number of spaces have been designated solely for the use of our disabled supporters all have been allocated to season ticket holders and we regret that there is insufficient numbers to allocate any spaces on a match to match basis.
