Your chance to star at Upton Park

Imagine yourself walking out onto the turf at East London's Academy of Football, the Boleyn Ground, home of West Ham United, representing a qualified country in the 2006 World Cup. Well now you can turn this dream into a reality!

Do you think you, your friends and colleagues have what it takes to compete in the CARE World Cup Challenge - an all day 5-a-side tournament?

Not only will your team get the thrill of walking onto turf normally reserved for sporting heroes, but the challenge gives you the opportunity to support the work of CARE International. CARE has projects in over 70 countries, working with 45 million of the world's poorest people. What better way to celebrate the 2006 World Cup finals than by helping people around the world at the same time!

Each team will consist of eight players prepared to take part in a full day of sport on Saturday, May 27, 2006, and then enjoy an evening celebrating the beautiful game at Upton Park. The day will include:

• A professionally organised all day 5-a-side tournament with registered referees and linesmen
• Awards for Cup and Plate Champions, Runners up trophies, Golden Boot and Player of the Tournament
• Food and refreshments during the day to ensure you keep your energy levels up!
• Sideline activities - dribbling master classes, 5-a-side football tactics
• Evening champagne reception showcasing footage of the day's play
• Prize-giving three-course dinner at Upton Park
• World Cup themed teams
• Dress code smart casual
• Guided tour of the West Ham United Museum
• On-site first aid
• Additional Prize-giving dinner tickets can be purchased for £50 per guest
• Free car parking available

All of this for an entry fee of £375 per person (based on a team of eight).
