Welcome to the new whufc.com

Welcome to the new West Ham United official website.

Unfortunately, we are aware that many supporters may have encountered serious access problems when trying to visit the new website upon its launch. This was due to a hosting problem that was entirely out of the control of West Ham United, and the following is a statement from Rippleffect, the web designers of the new whufc.com...

"We appreciate the patience of the visitors wanting to view the new West Ham United website and sympathise with the frustrating access problems that have occurred. Unfortunately, the platform provided by our hosting provider has failed, a situation that is entirely out of the control of West Ham United. We are assured that the problem is being rectified and steps are being put in place to make sure that this does not happen again."

We are now delighted to present stage one of our re-launch, containing a brand new design, new and exclusive player and editorial features, enhanced match coverage, plus a fantastic free Members Area that will grant you access to a Pocket Pardew desktop character, exclusive downloads and a whufcmail.com email address.

We had a tremendous response to our recent online survey, and all comments and views have been taken on board by our new design and editorial team, who will continue to add more new editorial features and content improvements to the site in the coming weeks.

Stage two of our re-launch will take place in the summer, when we will introduce a brand new Hammersvision service and online store, providing supporters with easier navigation and access to several exciting new features.

Due to the change of our design and hosting company, all supporters will need to re-register on the new site in order to gain access to the Members Area. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

We sincerely hope that the new ideas and design changes appeal to the vast majority of West Ham United fans and, as the process of re-launching the official website is an ongoing one, we will constantly be looking for ways to increase and improve the service we provide to our supporters. As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Having taken such huge strides on the pitch since our return to the Premiership last year, West Ham United is working hard to continue our progress off the pitch. We see whufc.com as our main portal of contact between the Club and its supporters, and will continue our policy of announcing all major player and transfer news here first as soon as it is confirmed.

In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the changes that have been made…
