Supporters attending recent matches at the Boleyn Ground
may have been aware of increased security checks at the turnstiles.
Now that the new access control system is working satisfactorily,
the Club wishes to take advantage of the features it offers to
check concessionary ticket sales.
Supporters are reminded that if anyone breaches the terms and conditions of season ticket sales then the Club is entitled to withdraw the season ticket without refund. Adults attempting to use junior or student season tickets would be in breach of the terms and conditions if they have not attempted to upgrade the ticket.
It is therefore important that adults wishing to use an Under-16 or Under-10 season ticket for an individual match upgrade the ticket before the event. Furthermore, student season ticket holders are advised to bring proof of student status with them to all matches so that they can produce this if requested.
The Club will be continuing to carry out security checks at future games and, in the event of breaches of season ticket terms and conditions, it will enforce its right to cancel the season ticket without refund.
