Bid for FA Cup semi-final mascot package

West Ham United is delighted to announce that, in a unique and exclusive charity auction, we are giving one lucky young supporter the chance to be our matchday mascot for the FA Cup semi-final at Villa Park on Sunday, April 23.

The auction is again being held to raise money to help the family of Ian Jackson, a long-serving and loyal member of staff at Upton Park who tragically died in January at the age of just 38, leaving a wife and three young children.

Following the success of our mascot auctions for the FA Cup home ties against Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers this season, we are now offering all Hammers fans another chance to contribute towards a worthy cause and provide a young relative or friend with an unforgettable occasion by bidding for this fantastic prize.

The winning mascot will meet Alan Pardew and the players before our FA Cup semi-final at Villa Park, experience the thrill of leading the team out against Charlton or Middlesbrough, receive a full matchday kit and a gold leaf book inscribed with his/her name including personally-signed player photos. The package also includes three match tickets for the semi-final (one for the mascot, plus two adult tickets).

To bid in the auction, you must be a registered member on whufc.com. Registration is free, quick and easy, and will also enable you to access our exclusive members area. To register, simply click here. If you have already registered, simply ensure you are logged in before submitting a bid.

The auction is open to bids now, with a starting price of £10.00, and will close at precisely 3.00pm on Tuesday, April 18, 2006. The highest bid submitted before that deadline will win the auction. To submit your bid simply complete the form below.

Please read the terms and conditions below before submitting a bid and please ensure that you fill out all sections of the form correctly. The submission of a bid will be considered as your acceptance of the terms and conditions below.

Terms and conditions: Only bids submitted before the published closing time and date will be accepted. Bidders must be registered users on whufc.com. Highest bid amount will be updated automatically leading up to the close of auction. Please note that, by submitting a bid, you are confirming your commitment to paying the full amount should we contact you at the end of the auction to inform you of its success. The winning mascot must be aged under 14 years on April 23, 2006. The winning bidder will be contacted by phone after close of auction. Payment of successful bid to be cleared before official confirmation will be sent. The Club's decision is final.
