SHAKA Hislop will make his first competitive start for the Hammers
since returning to the Club as West Ham United Reserves take on
Ipswich Town at Upton Park, kick-off 7.00pm.
Hislop is part of a Reserve team packed full of first-team
experience to take on Town, with 10 of the starting line-up
boasting experience of senior football.
In defence Shaun Newton, James Collins, Elliott Ward and Clive
Clarke form a formidable back-line.
The midfield sees Christian Dailly partner Carl Fletcher in the
centre, both players' first outings in the claret and blue
since returning from duty with Scotland and Wales respectively.
Mark Noble and Chris Cohen will occupy the wide midfield slots.
Up front, French forward Jeremie Aliadiere will partner Czech
Under-21 star Petr Mikolanda, who is the only player in the line-up
without experience of first-team football in England.
Admission is free to West Ham United Season Ticket Holders.
