the matchday programme for the Middlesbrough match.
Club members are reminded that the cut off date for all Wigan Athletic and Chelsea priority postal applications is Thursday 3rd November. Please see below for all information,

During previous sales we again experienced difficulty with the e-tickets and for this we apologise. New software to help cope with the huge demand experienced on these busy sales has been installed and we are hopeful that supporters will notice an improvement for this sale.
Wigan and Chelsea tickets are available Online from 9.00am on
the day of the sale and this service is available 24 hours a day
Personal callers - During opening hours from the Stadium Ticket
Office or our store in Lakeside.
The Ticket Office will be open from 9.00am to 7.00pm - Lakeside store 10.00am to 10.00pm

While to cover what will undoubtedly be a very busy period both additional staff and hours have been arranged, due to the anticipated number of callers we would still expect delays in reaching an operator. As a result you may wish to consider the option below.
Ticket office telephone lines will be open from 9.00am to 7.00pm
Advance priority postal applications
Should Club Members wish to apply in advance of the above date they may do so using a postal application to be received by the Ticket Office no later than Thursday 3rd November.
All postal applications received by the 3rd November will be processed in order of when they are received. The advance cut off date has been necessary to ensure sufficient time is given to process the bookings received before all other methods of application are accepted.
When applying by post please clearly state both the name and Clubcard holder of each supporter or if applying for tickets for a guest previously unregistered the name and address of that person.
We would also recommend that when applying for tickets by post you allow for both a first and second choice.
Should tickets remain after sales to Club Members a general sale will take place from Tuesday 29th November.
