WEST Ham United Reserves were unlucky to lose 2-1 to Chelsea at
Aldershot, the hosts scoring two late goals to cancel out Hammers
first-half lead.
In a game of few chances on a bitterly cold night, Kevin Keen's
team took the lead with a superb Moses Ashikodi volley on 35
minutes.
Hammers had the lead at half-time against a Chelsea team that
included highly-rated defender Robert Huth. However, Chelsea struck
twice in the final ten minutes to snatch all three points, leaving
Kevin Keen to reflect on another strong performance from his team
that had failed to yield a result.
WHU: Reed; Laws, Brevett, Melville, Blewitt, Cohen, Sofiane (Stokes
