MEMBERS of the APPG Football Group, a UK Parliamentary Football
team, will play a Holocaust Educational Trust team, made up of
the children and grandchildren of Holocaust Survivors, at Upton
Park on Monday 24th January as part of Holocaust Memorial Day 2005.
The event will remember all those who lost their lives in the
Holocaust and remind today's world that we must fight against
prejudice. The 27th January this year will mark the 60th
anniversary of the liberation of Nazi Concentration Camp
Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Kick-off is at 11.00am and entrance to the Dr Martens Lower is
free.
