AUSTRALIAN defender Trent McClenahan signed professional forms with
West Ham United yesterday.
The 19-year-old defender, who joined the Club in July
2001, has signed a contract until the end of next season after
breaking into Alan Pardew's first-team squad.
Trent made his senior debut for the Hammers in the 3-2 win at
Crewe Alexandra on 21st August and notched his third
first-team appearance as a substitute at Ipswich Town on New
Year's Day.
The full-back has been a regular at Reserve team level this
season, making 12 appearances so far, and has represented his
country at Under-20 level.
