Pards To Keep Faith With Christian

ALAN Pardew has hinted that he will start with Scotland international Christian Dailly at the heart of his Hammers defence for the visit to Everton on Wednesday night.

Christian looks set to replace the injured Danny Gabbidon, who suffered a badly gashed leg after colliding with the advertising boards behind the touchline at Ewood Park on Saturday. The 32-year-old replaced Gabbidon and should play alongside Anton Ferdinand at Goodison Park despite being used primarily as a midfielder this season.

Dailly's last start in the Premiership was against Blackburn on the opening day of the season, but he did start in both Carling Cup matches for the Hammers this season.
