Kevin Keen admits that the main positive to come out of the game was West Ham's consolation goal, scored by Mark Noble.
"He scored from 40 yards with a good chip to make it 3-1," he says, "but straight away they went down the other end and scored again."
Looking at the match overall, he says:
"In my opinion it was the worst performance since I became reserve team manager and I was very disappointed.
"It was even for 20 minutes but they scored on the break and of course they have good players who play decent football.
"It was an uncomfortable, disappointing evening, and we didn't perform up to standard."
Trialist Frank Moussa played three quarters of the game before being injured following a rash challenge.
