Tony Carr is delighted that his Academy side got their first win of
the season against the MK Dons - with Ollie Allen grabbing a hat
trick.
The MK Dons took the lead on 35 minutes, but West Ham pulled one back before half time and after that, says Tony, "controlled the game and could have had more - hopefully this is the start of a run."
As for Ollie, son of Clive Allen, Tony says:
"He is a second year now and it is up to him to make his mark; he had a good day, but we want to see him progress into the reserves and then we will see."
