"That is what you want - and I think the one thing about this squad is that they do respect each other now.
"They know if I don't select them they have a good character in front of them and there is no one pulling the wool over anyone's eyes.
"They are all having a go to the best of their ability and I think that respect is the most important thing when you are trying to build a promotion winning team."
Storms have been predicted in the West Country and Alan says:
"I am hoping the weather down that part of the country holds a wee bit because it could level things up if there is too much of a gale down there.
"But we are going there in good spirits; we are looking forward to it and we want to make our away form better - because we have certainly performed better than the points total shows.
"Hopefully we will have a bit of luck as well - and get the three points."
