Nigel Reo-Coker is pleased with the way that West Ham reacted to
beat Stoke on Tuesday after the defeat to QPR at the weekend.
"It was a disappointing day for us on Saturday and we didn't play to our full potential; we discussed it and it is in the past now," he says.
"We didn't turn up and it was a poor team performance, just a one-off, and it behind us - forgotten.
"It showed a lot of character to bounce back especially in this league and we thoroughly deserved to win on Tuesday.
"As for me, I am enjoying every game I play and I am learning."
Nigel incurred a three match ban for England U21s after being sent off recently, but he says:
"It is a big shame but the lads to deal with it."
Looking to the Gillingham game, he adds:
"It should be another interesting game against another stoic team that will make it hard for us to break down."
