West Ham United confirm that England Under-21 international central-defender Calum Davenport has been recalled by Tottenham Hotspur.
Calum has been on loan at the Hammers since early September after completing a £3.5 million move to White Hart lane from Coventry City.
"It was Tottenham's prerogative to recall Calum,"
said Managing Director Paul Aldridge," and while we are sorry
to lose him I'd like to thank Tottenham for loaning him to us
following his move from Coventry.
"Calum performed brilliantly for West Ham United and we all
wish him well in his future career at Spurs and with
England."
Davenport made his Hammers debut in the 2-1 away win at Sheffield United on 11th September and made 10 Coca-Cola Championship appearances in all for the Club.
