West Ham reserves were beaten 2-0 against Ipswich on Wednesday
night - but Kevin Keen reckons that both the opposition's goals
were offside.
"It is not just me that feels that, but their manager even thought it," says Kevin, "and so we are disappointed."
The major plus from the night is that Andy Melville came through 45 minutes in his comeback game, though Mark Noble sprained his ankle early on and had to come off.
Adds Kevin:
"We played well in the first half and hit the post a couple of times but they scored twice inside five minutes before half time.
"I must admit in the second half we didn't play so well though we battled hard and had free kicks and crosses flashing across their box - but we couldn't get the ball in their net."
TEAM: Reed, Laws, Blewitt, Melville [Ward 45], Ferdinand [Henry 70], Cohen, Wright, Noble [Ephraim], Pearson, Ashikodi, Bunce.
