All applications previously received were put in priority order and have either been processed already or had tickets reserved for them; all season ticket holders' applications received by the cut off date will be successful in obtaining tickets and these will be distributed as soon as possible.
Whereas for a normal league fixture visiting teams are entitled to 10% of the home side's capacity, this rises to 15% in playoff matches, and the maximum number of tickets was, of course, requested for the away leg at Portman Road.

For the home game, would Centenary Stand upper and tier season ticket holders please be aware that it has been necessary to allocate this section of the stadium to visiting supporters, and we therefore regret that you are unable to apply for your normal seats for this game.
To ensure that those affected are guaranteed the chance to apply for a seat that is amongst their friends and in a family environment the ticket office has reserved seats for them in the Dr Martens stand upper tier.
These will be reserved with all other season ticket holders seats until 8.30pm on Thursday 13th May; however, should you not wish to buy this seat and would like to sit elsewhere you are able to request an alternative available seat.

As advised in recent programmes and on this site over 6,600 season ticket holders have enrolled in our automatic home match ticket scheme; all bookings have now been processed and will be distributed as soon as possible.
