Kevin Horlock, who replaced Matthew Etherington at the weekend, is
delighted that his injury is not as bad as it could have been.
Matthew, put out of action by a challenge from Stephen Wright, has bruising to the tibia of the right leg - but it could have been so much worse.
"Mattie is a massive player for us and to lose him so early in the game was a big disappointment," says Kevin, who came on at centre midfield with Nigel Reo-Coker switching to the left vacated by Matthew.
"Luckily the injury is not as bad as first thought so we wish him a speedy recovery.
"It was nice to get a run-out but I would have liked it in better circumstances.
"It has been a while since I was involved in a league match so it was nice in that sense but I am glad Mattie is okay."
