The ticket office would like to remind all season ticket holders that have yet to renew that the renewal date to guarantee your existing seat is Friday 18th June.
Ticket office manager Steve Kitcher was asked how sales have compared to previous seasons:
"So far very good, the renewal rate for 2003/2004 was the 2nd ever highest, this was a massive achievement and a real show of strength from the supporters so to get close to this would be fantastic. Whilst the renewal date is not until Friday the 18th June we can confirm that the numbers of supporters renewing is currently comparable to last summer
"Yesterday's and this morning's sales have proved that, as expected, the ticket office will be busy in the run up to Friday and hopefully at close of the day on the 18th we will have matched last year's figures.
"As with last summer however we sold nearly as many season tickets after the renewal date as before so again should we continue at the same rate we will have had an excellent response from our supporters.
"Everyone involved internally is grateful for such support and we are determined to ensure they are rewarded this time round"
