It has been a short break for Andy, who says:
"With the play-off final it has soon come round, obviously, but we are back into it after a good trip away and we are back into it now.
"For weeks after I was thinking about Cardiff and it is still in the back of my mind; we didn't have much time to talk about it after the game because it was a major disappointment.
"But we can't feel sorry for ourselves; we have got to go out there and grab the opportunity that is before us in the new season.
"We have spoken about it in the preseason but obviously we will keep that to ourselves and hopefully it will make us more determined to put it right this season.
"We know it is going to be difficult; a lot of teams up there are striving for the same thing but we want to be up there fighting to the death and hopefully we can do that.
"I feel fine after a nice couple of weeks break and hopefully I will get a few more games under my belt before we start.
"I think everybody with the club has got to learn and strive for the best, not settling for second best.
"We have to work together, not just the playing staff but everybody, to finish as high up as possible for automatic promotion."
