West Ham United is pleased to announce that at the Board Meeting
held on Thursday 22th January 2004 it was unanimously agreed that
Company Secretary and Head of Legal, Scott Duxbury, should be asked
to join the Board of Directors of West Ham United Football Club,
West Ham United Sportswear and West Ham United Hospitality.
Scott has confirmed his acceptance and his appointment starts with immediate effect.
Scott, who joined the Club in June 2001, is a specialist sport's lawyer. His expertise in advising on player and commercial contracts has proved an invaluable addition to the Club.
Scott previously worked with Manchester United Director, Maurice Watkins, in advising among others the Old Trafford club, the FA Premier League, UEFA and FIFA.

United," said Scott. "It's a huge Club with a proud
heritage and an exciting future."
