Chris played in a reserve team against Arsenal in the week during a trial period at Upton Park and Alan says:
"On Chris' side he didn't really have a lot to do though he made one fantastic save and a clean sheet is a clean sheet at any level of football.
"We will see how that one progresses."
There were other notable performances and Alan adds:
"It was a shame Arsenal sent a young side but we had one as well and they were absolutely brilliant.
"The fans that went there would have seen Mark Noble and Chris Cohen and understand why I have high hopes for those two.
"But the whole team were brilliant, we had some great performances and players on the verges will be wanting to know soon where they stand.
"They have made me sit up and I might have to make some decisions on them soon - it was excellent."
