Nigel Reo-Coker returns to action after missing out on the FA cup
at Fulham - and says confidence is high.
"Great character was shown in the last league game at Bradford and without that - and hard work - you can't achieve anything," he insists.
"We definitely have confidence; we have the players and we have to show the fans we can go and win promotion.
"With Bobby Zamora coming in we have to look to the future; he didn't get his chance at Spurs but he will get that at West Ham."
Nigel acknowledges that the win at Bradford was not the complete performance and adds:
"I think we worked hard, knew our mistakes in the first half - and had to pull together in the second half as a team.
"We worked all week with Matthew starting and with that not happening at the start of the game it made it really hard for us and we had to readjust as a side."
