Despite bringing in extra staff to deal with the demand, supporters calling the ticket office are experiencing delays when calling due to the length of time it is currently taking to reach an operator.
The ticket office would recommend that season ticket holders apply using an alternative method of application.
Whilst club members are able to purchase seats from Friday the ticket office will be holding all season ticket holders seats until 7pm Friday (20th).
Season ticket holders are able to submit a postal application to Ticket Office, PO Box 6731, London E13 9RA - Season ticket holders please clearly state all client reference numbers and a daytime telephone number. Payment must be included and prices can be found on the ticket office pages of the website.
The ticket office will be open until 7pm all through this week, why not visit the ticket office tonight and take in the FA Youth Cup fixture Vs Nottingham Forest 7pm KO.
Supporters are also able to apply using fax, these can be sent to the following numbers - 0208 548 2719, 0208 548 2757 or 0208 548 2770. Again should these 3 numbers be busy with time permitting we would recommend using a postal application.
Club members are able to apply for tickets from Friday the 20th with a general sale from Saturday the 21st, the ticket offices opening hours this weekend will be 9am to 5pm Saturday and 9am to 3pm Sunday.

Many Hammers Supporters have been calling the Club to ask if we have any programmes available from Saturday's F A Cup performance against Fulham at Loftus Road. Some fans who attended the beam back at Upton Park and didn't buy one would now like a copy
