Alan Pardew hopes to make it a hat trick of wins for West Ham sides
following victories for the youth and reserve teams recently.
West Ham's U18s won the ADO youth tournament and Alan says:
"It is very good; it was a great win by the Academy side in Holland.
"Tony Carr and his staff were terrific and we are well pleased with that."
Kevin Keen took the second string to Norwich to gain a win at Carrow Road and Alan adds:
"The reserves have got two wins under their belt and show a nice nucleus of 20 year olds downwards.
"That is all great but the bottom line is the first team ad we need to get back on the road and to get a win quickly.
"We need to show our fans something that we can be proud of, let alone them."
