Tony Carr is stepping up the pace with his youngsters as they
continue their preseason campaign.
The latest friendly saw them beaten 3-2 by Colchester and Tony says:
"It was a good work-out, although the result was disappointing in terms of losing the game.
"We dominated the second half for long periods but they broke away to get a penalty which made it 3-1 after we hit the post - our play probably deserved an equaliser.
"We are into playing more settled teams now we have given most of the teams a run."
West Ham scored through Hogan Ephraim and an own goal.
